4. Payment and Billing

All payments for services must be made promptly and in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts.
• Any changes in pricing or fees will be communicated in advance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time. However, refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• Refunds for unused services are granted within the first 30 days of initial purchase for web hosting or cloud services.
• Domain name registration fees are non-refundable once the registration process has been completed.
• Dedicated server contracts may include specific cancellation and refund policies which will be outlined in the service agreement.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

XGL Solution aims to provide 99.9% uptime for web hosting and cloud services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues is not covered by the SLA. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

XGL Solution is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including, but not limited to, data loss, system failures, or unauthorized access. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected services.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our discretion, especially in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Non-payment of service fees.
• Misuse of services for illegal or harmful activities.

Termination may result in the loss of data stored on our servers, and XGL Solution is not responsible for such loss.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with XGL Solution are the property of the company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended for your personal or business needs.
